Fraser Ramseyer

  • Fraser focuses on driving strategy, execution, and cultivating/managing best-in-class leadership teams to effectively execute investment mandates. Before founding Storr Group and SPS PoolCare, Fraser was the Director of Corporate Development at Pathway Vet Alliance, a multi-billion-dollar North American animal healthcare business – with 450+ hospitals nationwide. As a pioneering employee, he played a key role in the rapid growth of the business – driving M&A through origination and execution, as well as running key strategic initiatives, and a multi-site arm of the business. Fraser holds a B.A. of International Business Management, Summa Cum Laude, Aberdeen Business School, RGU, Scotland, and Bogaziçi University, Istanbul, and is a dual-citizen of the U.K. and the U.S.A.

Lucas Dorrell

  • Lucas focuses on driving superior origination across platforms – leading more than 50 acquisitions in two years at Storr Group’s Platform I, SPS PoolCare. Previously, he was the Chief Development Officer at Rollingwood Assets, the Family Office of Stonepeak – the largest privately-owned infrastructure investment firm in the world – with ~$80bn of capital under management. He has more than 10 years of leadership and investment experience, holding senior management roles in both the US and his home country of Australia. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Communications – with Distinction – from Charles Sturt University, NSW, and studied Mathematics and Finance at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Michael Thomas

  • Michael focuses on the identification, execution, and support of Storr’s investment theses. He has more than six years of experience in middle market private equity and investment banking. Previously, he was on the investment team at Emko Capital, an operationally-focused private equity firm investing in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, and infrastructure businesses. Prior to Emko, Michael worked for Alvarez & Marsal Capital, where he invested first institutional capital through an operationally-oriented partnership model alongside entrepreneurs across a variety of industries. Michael began his career at Deutsche Bank, where he was an investment banker in the Technology, Media, and Telecom group. Michael earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University.

Bennett Leveillee

  • Bennett focuses on deal execution, monitoring existing investments, and thesis generation. He has over six years of experience in lower middle market private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Storr, he was a Senior Associate at Inverness Graham, an operationally-focused private equity firm, where he evaluated and executed buy-and-build investment opportunities across business services, technology-enabled services, and manufacturing. Bennett began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Clearsight Advisors, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions for business services and technology-enabled services companies. Bennett earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Mariana Repsold

  • Mariana focuses on the identification, execution, and support of Storr’s investment theses. Additionally, she helps drive SAS Service Partners' M&A and corporate development activities. She has seven years of experience in middle-market private equity and investment banking. Previously, she was on the investment team at One Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on transformational combinations in the technology, healthcare, and industrials sectors – where she worked hand-in-hand with portfolio company management to achieve growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A.


    Prior to One Equity, Mariana was an Investment Banker at Bank of America, where she worked on M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries. Mariana holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Neal Zamore

  • Neal has over 25 years of marketing experience – across a wide range of verticals. During this time, he's developed a laser focus on maximizing customer acquisition, and customer retention, in the most profitable manner. Prior to joining Storr, Neal spent 7 years serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at several institutional home-services platforms, namely; American Residential Services and, most recently, HomeTown Services. Before these roles, Neal led U.S. Consumer Marketing for Avis Budget Group, and he also held marketing leadership roles at Cigna, Allianz, Oppenheimer Funds, GE Capital, and MetLife. Neal earned his BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Anne Fielding

  • Anne focuses on building, executing, and staffing operational diligence and integration programs for Storr platforms.  Anne has over 20-years’ experience in high-growth companies across multiple industries. Prior to leading SPS PoolCare’s integration department, she held the titles of Director of Finance Operations at Pathway Vet Alliance, Director of Finance at Thrive Affordable Vet Care, and Director of Finance and Operations at GTS Technology Solutions. Over her illustrious career, Anne has compiled a proud history of taking companies from formation to multi-million-dollar market-leaders. Anne received a BBA in Accounting, with Honors, from Texas State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Moran

Lance Martin

  • Lance has 30 years of experience in the home-services industry and joins SPS PoolCare from Terminix, a $2.1 billion revenue public company, where he led domestic operations – commercial and residential – driving a team of more than 8,500 staff across the United States. Over the course of a decorated 30-year career with Terminix – starting in a management trainee role where he spent time in the field as a Technician – Lance held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately securing the role of Senior Vice President, Field Operations. Lance is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance.

Greg Worley

  • Greg is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SAS Service Partners, where he oversees operational strategy, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the seamless integration of partner companies. With more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC and home services industries, Greg brings a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence to SAS Service Partners.

    Prior to joining SAS Service Partners, Greg held a variety of leadership roles at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, including Vice President of US Market Expansion, Vice President of the East Division, and Director of multiple regions. Over the course of his 20+-year tenure, Greg played a pivotal role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving market growth across the United States.

    Greg’s career began at Sears Home Services, where he spent nearly 20 years in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his position as District Operations Manager for Georgia. His extensive experience spans operations management, regional leadership, and scaling businesses through growth and acquisition.

    Greg’s decades of expertise, dedication to operational excellence, and strategic vision make him an invaluable leader at SAS Service Partners, as the company continues to expand its platform and deliver exceptional service to its customers.

Frank Longobardi

  • Frank is a seasoned services-sector leader with over 40 years of experience driving growth, operational improvement, and organizational development across complex, multi-location businesses. As an Operating Partner to Storr Group, he supports strategy development, thesis refinement, and the evaluation and diligence of potential acquisitions, as well as post-acquisition integration and leadership development.

    Before joining Storr, Frank served as Chief Executive Officer of CohnReznick, one of the largest accounting and advisory firms in the U.S. During his tenure, he led the firm’s national growth strategy, expanded its advisory capabilities, and strengthened its focus on culture, innovation, and client service excellence. Over his distinguished career, Frank has held numerous leadership roles and has guided firms through succession planning, integration, and next-generation leadership transitions.

    Frank earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Shaun Kelley

  • Shaun is an experienced operator with more than 30 years of leadership in building and scaling mission-critical, private-equity-backed services businesses.  As an Operating Partner to Storr Group, he supports strategy development, thesis refinement, and the evaluation and diligence of potential acquisitions, as well as post-acquisition integration and leadership development.

    He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Wind River Environmental, a PE-backed liquid waste services platform, where he helped lead more than 60 acquisitions and supported the company’s expansion from a regional septic provider into a diversified national operation.  Shaun brings deep expertise in buy-and-build execution, post-acquisition integration, operational scalability, and cross-selling across highly fragmented service markets

    Earlier in his career, he held senior operating roles at Iron Mountain and Cintas and served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, shaping a disciplined, people-first leadership style

    Shaun is a graduate of Salve Regina University with a degree in Administration of Justice.


Operating Advisors

Eric Davidofsky

  • Eric has spent his 25+ year career operating in both public and privately-owned companies across multiple home-services industries, including HVAC, plumbing, pest control, landscaping, lawn care, and termite control. Prior to joining Storr Group as an Operating Advisor, Eric served as the President and CEO of Stan’s Heating and Cooling, the current largest HVAC and plumbing company in Austin, Texas. Before that, he served as the CEO of Church Services, a Texas-based HVAC and plumbing company. And previous to that role, he served as COO of TruGreen Lawncare.

Jasen Trautwein

  • Dr. Jasen Trautwein founded Pathway Vet Alliance, Veterinary Growth Partners and Thrive Affordable Vet Care. Three industry-leading, rapidly-growing businesses that have, and continue to better the industry through innovation, education, technology, and medical excellence. The Austin-based veterinary group claimed #431 on the 2020 Inc. 5000 ranking, with a three-year revenue growth of 1065%. Jasen was also recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2020. Jasen holds a B.S. from University of Texas, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University.
